We start with a Free Consultation Call.
During the call, we’ll dive into the details—everything from location and outfits to themes and timing. This is where your vision starts to take shape, and we’ll make sure you’re as excited about the session as we are!
2. READY TO BOOK?
We’re so glad you’re in! We’ll send over a proposal with your contract and first invoice. Once you sign and make your hold payment, your session is officially confirmed! We’ll stay in touch and are here to answer any questions you have along the way.
3. SHOOT DAY YAY!
The day is here, and it’s all about having fun and feeling great. We’ll arrive early to ensure everything’s ready for a smooth, stress-free session. All you need to do is show up, relax, and let us guide you—we’ve got everything covered to capture you at your absolute best.
4. GALLERY DELIVERY
Your photos will be ready within 3–7 days after your session, giving us time to carefully edit and ensure they’re picture-perfect for you. You’ll receive access to your personalized online gallery filled with your beautifully edited images. From there, you can select your favorites, share them, and even order prints. Need a faster turnaround? Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange a rush delivery for you.
5. STAY CONNECTED

J started his creative journey as a wardrobe stylist before studying painting and sculpture at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. His deep foundation in composition, color, and artistic expression naturally evolved into a love for photography, which he pursued full-time in 2012. Capturing life on the streets of NYC, J quickly built a loyal social media following, which launched a thriving commercial photography career. Collaborating with brands like Google and Nike taught him how to be professional, adaptable, and ready for anything—skills he brings to every session.
Cameron’s background is rooted in fashion design and trend analysis, where she spent years as a clothing designer and trend forecaster in NYC. Her experience in shaping moods, colors, and styles for major fashion collections gave her an intuitive understanding of storytelling through visuals. Her business acumen, paired with her creative approach, adds a unique perspective to every project we take on.
In 2021, we decided to combine our talents to co-create Reflect Pictures. Our partnership inspires us daily—there’s nothing we enjoy more than working together to bring our clients’ visions to life. Yes, we have a simple contract that helps us both stay on the same page and ensures everything goes smoothly.Our contract outlines the details of the shoot, including the session date, location, pricing, and payment schedule. It also covers important factors like cancellation policies, usage rights for your photos, and any specific terms related to retouching or additional services.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident from start to finish, so we’re happy to go over any part of the contract with you before signing. Our goal is to make sure all your expectations are clear and met, so you can focus on enjoying the process and getting the beautiful photos you’re excited about.

To secure your session, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This holds your date and ensures we’re all set for your shoot! The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the session.
However, if you’d prefer to pay for the entire session upfront to avoid having to remember another payment, that’s absolutely fine! Just let us know which option works best for you, and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of.
